Return Policy - Can I Return My Order?

Boneyard Policy

All Boneyard sales are final. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Holster purchased through there still have a lifetime warranty.

Retail Product Policy

We can accept returns on retail products within 30 days of purchase so long as the item is in new condition and is returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. The packaging must be unopened and undamaged. We do not issue a refund for the original shipping cost, as the carrier has already rendered its services.

Kydex Product Policies

It can be returned within 30 days of receipt so long as it is in new condition.

Holsters

Can be returned within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the holster. The holster does not need to be in new condition to qualify for a return. We want you to use the holster how you normally would, then if you still have any complaints, we're happy to help you with a return. However, our Customer Service team is here to troubleshoot any fitment or carry issues you may have before moving forward with a return.
